With a Usable Bed Size of 67” x 276” (5.6 x 23 Feet!), this machine was designed for the fabric industry in mind where large rolls of material are used in the manufacture of Parachutes, Sails, Gas bags, Clothing, etc. The system is also well suited for cutting many other materials such as Plastics, Leather, Wood, Gasket Materials, Fiberglass Cloth, Veneers, Acrylic, etc. Our goal in the design and manufacture of this system was to offer the end user with with a machine unmatched in Size, Quality, Performance and Price. The system is made entirely of Aerospace-Grade Aluminum and Stainless Steel throughout. It incorporates a 3hp Vacuum System merged with the unique stainless steel vacuum boxes under the entire honeycomb bed of the machine which effectively removes all smoke and fumes from your work environment while simultaneously holding your material tight to the cutting bed. The fully adjustable leveling feet allow the machine to be setup on uneven surfaces. The entire machine deck and understructure are constructed of 316 Stainless Steel for long life and resilience to rust and corrosion. The 2” thick Aluminum Honeycomb Bed is divided into twelve sections that can be easily removed for cleaning. At the heart of our system is the accuracy of the drive controller and motors, all made in USA. A Hand-Held Control Panel is used by the operator to control all aspects of the machine through it's LCD Display and Membrane Function Keys. The Control Panel will reach any corner of the machine. The controller has a 32 Megabyte Memory Buffer to hold jobs. Once the Jobs are sent from the PC to the controller the computer is no longer required. There is no need to learn special software with our machine. You simply “Print” directly to the machine from your native design software such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc. The system can be purchased with several laser options from 70 to 180 Watts. These Premiunm Laser Tubes are refillable and have a 10,000 Hour Lifespan. The entire system including Laser, Electronics, Motors, Bearings, Drive Components, etc. are Warranted by us for a period of One Year from the installation date. The Warranty is Bumper to Bumper.
